Shipping Policy Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. We ship to all the United States and internationally via UPS or USPS. The choice of shipping carrier used for any particular order is made from the warehouse the order ships from, and cannot be chosen in advance. Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may incur additional shipping charges. International orders are only available with registered mail and signature required. If you need your product delivered expedited, please contact our Customer Service Department during normal business hours at (734) 266-6600 or toll free (866) 993-2677 within one our of placing your order. If your order was placed outside of standard business hours, you should contact LampSolutions before 10am PST the next business day. If you do not contact our office, we will assume the method is accepted and we will proceed with delivery. Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within five business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we will advise you as soon as possible and refund the transaction. Order Acceptance We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. |
