Returns and Exchange Policy

At LampSolutions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not pleased with any of the products ordered from us you may return it withing 10 days, or exchange it withing 30 days. Please call our Customer Service Department at (734) 266-6600 or toll free (866) 993-2677 to start the process. If we don’t here from you after the return/exchange period, we will assume your order was accepted. Please note that we will only process returns and exchanges for items purchased from LampSolutions that have not been installed and that are returned in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories. You will be responsible for returning the shipment and there will be a restocking fee of 20% . All freight charges are not refundable. We recommend items be returned via an insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse. All clearance items, unless defective, are final.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it within 24 hours. Reports after that time will not be honored. Defective, mispacked or damaged merchandise will be replaced at no additional charge or credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14 days for delivery of check via USPS.

You may also cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. To make a cancelation, please call our Customer Service Department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to initiate the return process.
